Korg's Latest micro---it's a Piano!!!

Post by meatballfulton » Sun Oct 03, 2010 2:45 pm

What's next??

I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

ELP? Am I too old for this s**t, or are you talking about the Planets extract?

What a hunk of crud. It's a toy. Should do well.

Didn't hear ELP or The Planets. Did hear the beginning of Mussorsky's "Pictures At An Exhibition" which Emerson did a rock cover version.

I guess Korg is trying to get in on the portable keyboard market already saturated by Casio & Yamaha. I also guess the video is geared to promote for the Christmas shopping season.

@nvbrkr, You get a pass being Finnish, but I think you meant "semi-annual". But pretty damn close for English not being your 1st language. I'm sure half our native-English speakers would have used the right word. h**l, I'm not even sure if the hyphen belongs there.

Convert to descriptivism and you wont have to worry about grammar ever again!

Can anyone translate what the scrolling text reads ? Itd be pretty wild if they gave this thing a weighted keyboard of microkeys

I'm pretty sure I meant biannual. But you'll get a pass for owning so many cool synths.

Okay, not to be a total detractor of a product before it's released. But i can't imagine why anybody thought this would be a good idea.

Looks ridiculous with that little pointless red piano lid on it...

But yeah great for Japanese taste, unfortunately just not for the rest of the world perhaps. :?

OT: It cracks me up when non-english speakers school americans at english. Particularly when they've been spoken down to. :D

I think that piano looks pretty awesome actually. Is it minikeys though? I love the little legs. And the use of George Michael in the demo.

i liked the sound of the machine, i just don't understand the appeal of an E.P with tiny keys.
