Daniel Lopatin talks about his Juno 60, arpeggios, and sampling. Fairly basic studio shows that it's how you rock it, not how much gear you've got:

Was watching that the other day. Good stuff.
Forgive my Juno-newbness...But that detuned warbly drifty sound that starts around 1:48...Is that primarily from the chorus? Mostly an LFO modulation?

Thanks for posting, I quite liked how he would record one arp. then layer another(s) over top and vary their speed to get that effect.

I saw this too... Pretty interesting interview... I've cheked out Oneohtrix Point Never since then, really great stuff, great "study music!"
Did you see the one on Xeno and Oaklander? It kinda show's how pretentious and silly they are. "The current coming from the wall, 110 volts." (I thought that was a particularly funny comment) I think there music is really good though, and they've got an amazing collection of analog synth gear!
