My old synths looks GREAT and sound amazing. Like I said, I probably had a momentary spell of madness (in French, we call it 'bouffée délirante'). Honestly, it came and went. Now... who's got a Source for under a grand?
Obviously you've never played with a dotcom modular. :)

Do it and sell your MonoPoly to a fellow Canadian .... ME!

I would seriously keep the SH5, they really are a very nice synth indeed, the filter setup and sound is pretty amazing and is not easily copied by any other SH series synth that I have owned or used. The Mono/Poly is OK, its nice to have but I never missed mine, the others are just run of the mill synths and certainly not rare or interesting.

The thing with the Voyager XL is the cost to what you get, you can get a normal Voyager and the extra Moogerfooger boxes for far less, I think in the UK you could save yourself about £1000, now to me the ribbon controller and extra octave or so of keys is not worth £1000, I do agree it looks sexy however.
You always want just one more Synth!

Congrats on the Source, Ned.

Should have been 5,020 anyway cause you need a few appropriate patchcables:

Actually it's possible to make bad sounds with an XL too:

Edit: forgot to mention, drums from Spectrasonics Stylus RMX (what else?) and a little delay from Cuabse

Oh, I'm still going to sell some things: my SH-101, and my Korg VC-10. Only in Canada though.
