If i had to pick one synth sound design tool my vote would have to go to the Alesis Fusion 8 HD hands down. ( my current main board)

Next would be the Korg Kronos but with a 2 minute 30 second boot time i could never rely on it for stage use.

As amazing as the Andromeda A6 is its not up to the task of re-creating real world instuments, but to be fair thats not what it was designed to do.
Give me ambiguity or give me something else.

+1...

Whatever you can do with all you have at your disposal (not necessarily gear).

Weird bump?

The answer is all in samples/processing anyway...not a synth usually.

How would a zombie sneak up on you like that? Have to be more careful in the future if I'm gonna survive.

An E-mu command station loaded with 4 ROMS.

8 years designing sounds on it. And it´s iiiiiiiinfinite.... maybe do its 96 patchcords per patch, I can create almost any sound I can imagine with it. Furthermore with 3500 samples onboard, manipulated by such elastic engine.

I´m also digging the Tempest, but I still pretty amateur after 6 months owning one...

The three likeliest culprits in any pure sound design I do are the EMU e-6400, DSI Evolver, and Arp 2600.

I would love to have a V-Synth. Someday. And a Kyma system. Probably never.
