Thanks so much for the kind words everyone :) I got that clip off youtube from typing in "break dancing" so i'm not sure what film it comes from, all i knew was that it was about the right speed and i could really mess it up :)

This is fantastic. I immediately went on eBay to check out Mono/Poly prices. LOL.

I remember the day my friend and bandmate bought a brand new Mono/Poly. (I'm seriously dating myself here.) The Mono/Poly blew our minds - and still does! My friend still uses it in his commercial studio every day and takes it out at least once a month playing gigs. I still think the Mono/Poly is one of the best synths (analog or otherwise) ever made. Your awesome video proves this to be the case. Well done!

It is definitely one of the best. A really superior design and sound.
And, elmosexwhistle's portrayal is frickin' awesome. I find myself singing it to myself irritatingly regularly. :)

hahaha, so do I. You must be talking about the swanky pentantonic riff near the beginning, right? so sick. sounds very "heavy."

music at the end was good. good work.
the "bass bitches" part is hilarious. the pictures of bitches is really a winning touch.

and i finally watched the poly 800 vid. it was really good, probably the best demo ive seen on a synth lol. or is it a song?

Thanks man, the guys in the band love it too and it's been going down well live, though i play the lead part on my VA's coz i don't wanna lug a £1000 synth out to every gig!
