NAMM 2013 Headlines

Post by trevordutton » Sun Jan 20, 2013 5:44 pm

Hey Gentlemen,
Would anyone here be so kind as to boil down the main NAMM announcements so far? Unfortunately I can't afford the time right now to sift through Matrixsynth's prolific postings to find out what's going on. It goes without saying that I've already heard about the new Moog synth but what else is interesting this year?
Cheers!

Expect official rollouts of some stuff that's already in stores like Elektron Analog Four, Ableton Live 9, Cubase 7.

Hopefully we'll get answers about the rumored King Korg and mini-key MS20 and a new board from Casio.

Pittsburgh Modular is showing a slew of new products.
I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

Rumours of a new Buchla music easel, I was wondering if the recent company structure changes would yield anything interesting. :D

I laugh at those who don't know about the impossibly rare Albanian modular LFO designers " moooooog"

Go back to your moms basement.

I'm talking about the polyphonic cow sampler by Casio. Trust me, everyone's in for a surprise.

Hey, I apologized about the comment I made in the "blah blah poly synth" thread. I think we may have got off on the wrong foot... Can we start over?
