I'm so curious about the guts of the Luminist Garden series... does anyone have any info or insight into the build of these pieces?

I have an Eowave Space Bug that needs some more organic tonal exploring under its belt and I'm tired of using my wife's acoustic guitar, so I'm thinking of attaching some piezoelectric contacts to something and going ape like in 2001:ASO...
