So yeah, there are these.

Tanzbär is an awful, awful name for a drum machine. Looks neat though.

I'm a little excited about the Dancing Bear. 2 bass drums!

ugh... more MFB temptation...

i haven't looked into it beyond the ad but i bet dominion 1 is sick. OSC-02 and dual LFO are two of my favorite modules. plus they went with a three octave keyboard! wake the f**k up arturia & novation!

Those CV jacks make it mighty tempting...Could be the perfect center of a modular/semi-modular set up.

No price yet but the Musikmesse starts on the 10th so we'll know in a couple of days. Release is set to be summer 2013 according to MFB's FB page.

Weighted keys with aftertouch. I suspect this won't come cheap.

Remember that EU prices generally have a lot of tax built into them so US prices are often the same number in US$ as the EU price is in Euros. I think this will be coming in around Little Phatty prices.

For some reason it never ends up that way in US shops with MFB items. They are usually even more p***s here than they are in the EU with VAT. The 522 is $425 in the US but €280 with VAT in the EU. Schlagzwerg is $999 vs €680.

Yet another entry into the sea of monosynths that will most likely be forgotten within 6 months.

Interesting. I've never spent any time with any of their products, but these have me curious. I'll look forward to some online demos or personal reviews when they're available 'til I get the chance to get my paws on them.

I'm excited that they've modeled the ARP sequencer, but concerned that it's "tricky."
