
There are 2 PPG Wave 2.2 and Jupiter 8. So you'd think this must be T8 but it's not. Looks like Yamaha with the wood but can't find anything fully matching this.
Thanks everyone! Yes see now it's Prophet 5. I compared it against Prophet 5 and didn't think that was it since I was thrown off by the left side where you see several sliders but I think it's some device sitting next to that.rakk95 wrote:Prophet 5 Rev 3.
The tape controls on the upper right portion of the control panel and the master volume knob bottom center of the tuning/tape control section give it away.

Afaik most of the synth work on the album was done with a Prophet 5, however I believe Ian Stanley also had the Jup 8 for the studio recording and possibly a Fairlight too but I'm not sure. As for the PPG Wave, I don't think they had one until after the album was completed.
