Re: New analog Arturia synth?
Excellent! Thanks for the links. The ability to do that via cv is a massive selling point.

64 steps per pattern and all 8 patterns save on power off. I'm sold. This thing is like a little Swiss Army knife.

Re: New analog Arturia synth?
Just a heads up...I ordered mine through:
http://www.jrrshop.com/arturia-microbrute
...and still received a 15% discount which dropped the price down to only $254.00.
(The fellow I talked to at the store told me to type "group" into the discount box, and it worked!)
For that price you get a lot of bang for the buck!

Re: New analog Arturia synth?
Thanks for the tip! I preordered mine this morning. Now, how long will we have to wait for them to arrive? The website said ships in 1-2 weeks. Others have also heard November some time, but we have ALL been down this road with Arturia and/or Korg recently. Considering that everyone got their review boards at about the same time (and they are complete and not prototypes) leads me to believe it will be smoother than the Minibrute rollout.

I actually think Arturia learned a lot from the Minibrute experience, and I'm thinking that the wait won't be long...time will tell I guess.

Re: New analog Arturia synth?
I waited 4 months for my Minibrute, and when it arrived in the store, they only got that one in the first shipment even though they'd ordered 50, so I hope people don't experience that again.
Strange thing is that not even the nordic distributor had any clue about when it would arrive when the store called them several times.

Re: New analog Arturia synth?
My sales engineer at Sweetwater said they're due to arrive the first week in November and will be in customers' hands a week later. We'll see...

Re: New analog Arturia synth?
hmm I was interested when I found these will be $299 US, but now finding out they'll be $399 AUS once it gets here kinda kills it for me. meh.. Lets hope it comes down a bit once they start coming in.

Looks good BUT i'd have preferred it without keys, i have too many keys so a module would have been good IMO.

Re: New analog Arturia synth?
I was just told that my MicroBrute is shipping TODAY. So apparently, Arturia got it right this time, at least in terms of product fulfillment. Can't wait to get it!

Re: New analog Arturia synth?
I really want to pick one up soon. Would like to grab a minifooger delay too. Would be a nice couple I think.

Yeah, but you kinda need them to input notes into the sequencer...rob_lee wrote:Looks good BUT i'd have preferred it without keys, i have too many keys so a module would have been good IMO.

What a shock

I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.
