what do you think Korg Z1 or Roland V synth?

I am going to the city this weekend so I was thinking maybe I'd try and grab a new used synth to add to the collection. I am just getting back into this hobby after about 10 years hiatus. I remembered wanting either of these synths before I unplugged for a while. What do you guys think? V synth is about 700 and Z1 is 400. I currently have a Waldorf Q, Roland Juno 106 and was thinking of also getting a Waldorf Blofeld desktop.

I'm considering adding a V-Synth as well. I haven't gotten a new (to me) synth since i got my Ion, but I'm ready to go now.

this one seems like a no brainer, V-synth...unless budget is concern Z1 seem to be going way cheaper.

agreed. V-Synth.

I have both and they're each great synths, but I'll sell everything else before I part with my V-Synth.

however, if you can manage to pick up both.....

Probably depends on what you actually want the synth to do for you, but yes, I'd still say V-Synth as well, absolutely.

I've owned both. Get both

Well, V-Synth is probably better, BUT Z1 for $400(if in good condition) sounds great, i would get one. Z1 is a unique, interesting, deep synth.

Got the V Synth! It's awesome I didn't have my hands on it for more than a fee minutes and I needed to hit record. That is what I'm looking for in any instrument! Something that makes you need to hit record.

What a well built piece of hardware. Great to look at great to touch.
