Re: Waldorf Streichfett
I hope it's a stringer...I'd SO get it. Kinda makes since that it would be because of the name, their previous paraphonics and the fact that no one has made a "modern stringer".

Re: Waldorf Streichfett
It's interesting. This is the third small-box-format device that Waldorf has put out in the last year or so (Rocket, Two Pole, and now the Streichfett). The whole thing seems like an effort to produce a boutique-y, mix-and-match line of products. The three pieces strike me as being sort of "modular," in the sense that each does only one thing, but really well.
Perhaps this is akin to the Volca series: small, (relatively) inexpensive, meant to be used together?

Re: Waldorf Streichfett
I'm guessing it might just be a chorus (which could then be applied to the Rocket)... but it would certainly be nice if it was a standalone stringer!
Do you even post on vse bro?

Looks like a string-synth. Nice to have such a compact one!

YES! Hopefully, my quest for an affordable Solina is over. I sold my SE-IV 3 years ago (offer I couldn't refuse) and have been looking for another. h**l, I might even put my RS-505 up for sale.

Re: Waldorf Streichfett
So it's......analog? Digital?
I know there's probably never been a dedicated digital string machine, but at the same time i'm not seeing many parameters I associate with analogs....

Re: Waldorf Streichfett
Odd choice .... can't see this selling more than a couple thousand units ?
Then again what do I know ....
Off topic anyone have a rocket and would do the world of curious a fave and post a video focusing on the paraphonic aspects only ran across a couple that touched on it and both were short and no serious playing and absolutely no real time tweaking were involved . You would be my hero !

Re: Waldorf Streichfett
I've been waiting a long time for a synth that can do Pluto.
I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.
