It isn't exactly the same as the sound in that video but it's very similar - Preset 16 - BASS.2 on cartridge 1A of the DX7 (the 1st model). That preset was used on "Nightshift" by The Commodores (1985) and "Take My Breath Away" by Berlin (1986) among others.

It also sounds like a preset on the OSCar, which is also on the impOSCar softsynth. It's actually the first preset here:

They made it a pad on the softsynth since it polyphonic, but on the original, it was used as a mono bass/lead.

I know they used DX7 and OB-X on that song, so maybe it was an OB-X. It's pretty interesting for me to understand what is the nature of that bass sound.
