Pro One serial archive

Post by Jabberwalky » Thu Mar 13, 2014 4:05 pm

I remember a site that had an archive of Pro-One serial numbers, and tracked how much they sold for with Ebay. The site disappeared I guess. Does anyone know what happened? Is the guy here that ran that site?

That page was pretty interesting and I actually found my old pro one. It was sold 3 other times each with a massive increase in price

I once listed three pro-1s in a row on "interesting ebay auctions" thread just to show that the price increases were transient (and ultimately, stable), but all those auctions have probably become unviewable. Price still seems to be in the $1k range.
Do you even post on vse bro?

I bought mine for $180 and repaired it, but it eventually was sold at the average price 3 owners later. I was just curious if it's still kicking around.

Seen three recently, two of which were J Wire, and these were advertised for between £1200 and £1500.

Bit steep really. Unfortunately, I didn't go back to check if they actually sold for this price.

Would like to own one, but not at that price!

Kind regards,

Phil

This forum is pretty neat in that it gives me feeds on the bottom related to searches or topics I posted about.

I'm a little late on this topic but I won an auction for AJ wire Pro one from Texas that came with a manual.

the eBay seller was very cool they test it out the board again before they shipped and found some issues that needed service and issued a full refund I was sad but happy at the same time because I did not want to have to ship that since back and forth across the country to get service

$1625
the serial number 8341

I actually did contact the guy that used to run the archive, and I guess he's just too busy to update it anymore. He suggested I bother him about it again sometime haha.
