or give you some help with their product is like pulling teeth. You have better luck coming here with your questions probably 99 percent of the time. I understand that some company's don't use the same language as you and some things get "lost in translation" this happened to me with waldorf before. Great company, but the way they worded some of their instructions left me and my band mate clueless, and I am sure not one German speaking person had a problem with it. But that is a "lost in translation" issue, (all your bass, are belong to us) which is different than a good or poor customer support.
