Where?
I'm pretty sure that's her around the 1:38 mark and then again towards the end.
Never met her in person, but from the pics and videos I've seen plus her synth obsession leads me to this conclusion. :)
That's actually our friend Beca Irizarry.
She has her own solo electronic project called: Zanna Nera

She also plays synth in a band called: Pssngrs

...and here's a video of her old band D.A.R.Y.L.:

It's funny how they show a Juno while the reporter comments about these old machines not staying in tune...This is a great collection Lance and I'm glad you're getting some publicity, can't wait to visit some time!

So, did they ask you to make all sorts of weird bleep and bloop sounds? I liked your candid answer to the "addiction" comment haha!

He actually wanted cover songs, so all of that was handled last-minute by nadafarms. Everyone else, myself included, just messed around. The whole thing was so last-minute, and we didn't know what to expect, but it turned out ok thanks to friends that were generous enough to show up early in the morning.

Very cool. I've thought about doing something similar with my collection - I just don't want to have to work "musicians' hours" of late nights and weekends. Maybe I can hire someone for that.

I didn't see any info on your website about location, hours, rates or even a way to contact via email or phone. Care to let us know hours & rates?

Sorry, the webpage is s**t because I made it with iWeb...
Right above the Prophet 5 flier there are three selections: Home, Info&Rates, and Gear
The Info&Rates page explains that it's $30 an hour with a two hour minimum.
That being said, when I first started doing this, I put a post here on VSE stating that any VSE members that contacting through VSE PM's to book time can get an hour free...

seen your ad on craigslist.
Not clear, is it $30 an hour to stop by?
Or is there a 'just taking a look around' rate.

The space is by appointment only, and is $30 an hour. Hopefully that is clear in the ad.
This whole venture is just a labor of love, and is not financially self-sustaining, so we have no full-time staff or regular hours.

That being said, check your old PM's, specifically from Thu May 22, 2014. I sent you a message that day inviting you over to the studio to try out my eurorack system. My phone number is in the message, and the offer still stands.
