Goddam I'm gonna need this! Finally a fully analog poly-synth. It's gonna be interesting to see the pricing on this.

On gearslutz, "Pym" (who works at DSI) says about $2800. Seems like a pretty good price to me...

:yahoo:

Absolutely incredible news.

I think this is the closest to perfect any manufacturer could have got for me.

The design is beautiful, you know it will sound incredible and it is packed with all the features needed for a modern poly synth. Thank you Dave, thank you so much!

Hats off to the man!

$2800 sounds cheap compared to any other VCO polysynths out there.

Well, you can nab, say, a Prophet 600 for less than that, but yeah, even the JP6 lands firmly in that price bracket and not below, to say nothing of the big-name polys like the JP8 or Prophet-5.

$2800 = £1851 only £400 more than the Pro2 so I'm interested in this for sure.

Wondering if Roland will casually drop the Jupiter-7 in the next few hours/days. Then Yamaha says "oh we want some of this too" and drops the news of a CS-81.
