Synths used in some 80's soul/R&B?

What are the synths used in
Cameo: Word Up- "Cheezy Organ" type of sound, clavinet, string pad, and other synth sounds. From 1986.
Shalamar: I Can Make You Feel Good- "cat meow" polysynth, bass. From 1982.
"D" Train: You're the One for Me: Guitar like synth lead with modulated vibrato. 1981.
Colonel Abrams: Trapped: polysynth stabs. 1985.
Fatback Band: I Found Lovin': Monophonic quack synth, "cat meow" polysynth, bass synth. 1983.
Change: Change of Heart: all synth parts. 1984.
Loose Ends: Hangin' on a String: all synth parts. 1985.

Funk stuff used a lot of Oberheims, eg OBX, OB8, Minigoogs.

The stuff from 84 onwards usually was lots of DX7.

But literally anything from that era was being used.

According to the producer Richard James Burgess, the song was done on a Roland Juno-106, DX-7 and a Linndrum.
I don't have any specific details except that the 106 does the bass. Anyway, the pads & stabs are probably 106 layered
with the DX-7.
