Hoping to see Roland AIRA 606 and 707s, maybe an AIRA/Boutique D-50. What of Behringer's supposed poly synthesizer? Will Yamaha finally expand on Reface or introduce some new models. Korg's a little quiet of late.

Surely there is space for an Akai Big Bag Wolf with 16 voice polyphony, i.e. 16 wolfs combined

Also reminiscent of the Volca Keys.

If this is what it seems to be, I think it's a great direction for Korg. Something in the same form factor as the microkorg, but like a Volca on steroids. I think it represents another move in listening to consumers and offering products that are relevant and useful. I'm sure there will be plenty of hating on the small form factor, but it certainly looks enticing. If it sounds like the Volcas (which sound great, IMHO), I'll probably be gassing.

I also heard it has a Virtualized Breakdown mode where half the notes don't work because the tapes are broken, as well as an optional Inconvenience mode that will stop it from working all together if taken on tour.

Kidding aside, keep it coming, Waldorf! Great idea. Maybe time will fold in itself and the next in line will be the Wave 4. Or maybe a Fairlight or Synclavier sounding module that's backward compatible. Or a Synergy module. Or maybe what's next is a Telharmonium.

Mmm...Kraftwerk choir anyone? Yes please.
