Pre-orders now available at GAK and Gear4Music here in the UK.

Looks like the UK price is £1,539, delivery is rumoured to be in May - Just about affordable, but I'll have to have a fiddle about on one first.

€1,999 in France, so it's on par with current exchange rates - So no weekend break in Paris for a better deal

SonicState posted the EU price yesterday and guessed the US price would be $2K, in line with Sweetwater's page.
Way too expensive for me as a hobbyist, especially before enough time has passed to determine how reliable it is. Just the number of illuminated buttons for the matrix is a potential reliability nightmare.
I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

I've never spent that kind of money for a synth myself, but it's certainly on my radar. I love my MiniBrute, but I wish they'd put out something in between. I could see them stretching the Mini to 44-49 keys and adding another Brute Oscillator, the Ladder Filter, and patch memory for around US $800. I'd pre-order that.

Maybe that can be the MaxiBrute?

Take out the patch memory (requires a whole extra layer of complexity) and bump the price up to $900-1000 and it's possible. Even with 37 keys it would be nice. I sold my minibrute mainly because I prefer 2+ oscs and 37+ keys, and also because I wanted to spend the cash on one of these:

You'll need a Euro/banana jack converter.

Don't forget to ground the banana system, too :)
