What is this synthesiser/sampler?

Hi, I am looking for someone to identify what make and model the keyboard synthesizer/sampler in these photos is. Cheers

Looks like some vintage combo organ to me. Some of the Farfisas look similar (not saying definitely it is a Farfisa, though :) ).
Don't forget to TURN ON THE SYNTHESIZER. Often this is the reason why you get no sound out of it. - ARP 2600 manual, 1971

It's an old Italian electric reed/chord organ, possibly a Busilacchio. The sound is a bit accordion-like.
