Pretty much - thought I think that the FB is probably a more useful filter on the whole, since it can do everything from basic filter duties to serious FSU. I'd say it's certainly more versatile and generally useful than the M-Res (had it, watched it gather dust, sold it).

Needs MIDI, imo
Otherwise I'd be sold, but it's just... missing.

The M-Res needs CV in or an LFO or something similar. The problem with MIDI is that it's so incredibly sensitive to minor adjustments (going between stable and unstable states) that the coarse resolution of MIDI probably wouldn't do it justice.
I suspect the T-Res' additional features make it a much more interesting proposition.

nothing wrong with it. Beautifully made unit, but I like the character of a cheapo Kenwood or Fisher. Plus the damn thing was bigger than my Prophecy.
