Oh man, this is BRILLIANT. Part way through now. Thanks commodore!
That says it only works in the UK. What about for those that want to have a Number One hit in the USA???

Based on what I've observed from the last few years, all you really need to have a hit in the US is auto-tune and a skanky woman wearing little or no clothing in your video.
Computers: Amiga 1200, DEC VAXStation 4000/60, DEC MicroPDP-11/73

According to that link, you need an ssl to make it to number 1 in the UK. So in the U.S., maybe you need an American made console like an api. Seems legit.

In America, you become famous first for doing nothing, THEN you release the album, and let the people who want to ride your coat tails the most produce and do the hard stuff. Then you just make guest appearances on people's albums for a while, "hit rock bottom," and then work the talk show and daytime TV circuits promoting your new book. If you still want more, do a movie or two, and then exploit the newest crop of up and coming pop stars to write your comeback album in exchange for some time in the spotlight. There's probably an SSL in there somewhere, but you wouldn't care about it.
This looks like a psychotropic reaction. No wonder it's so popular...
