Korg DW-8000 vs. Kawai K3

As background, I've been trying to find a K3 local to my area for the last 6 years - and have come pretty close to snapping one up. The only problem, and it's a good problem to have, is I finally have a fully functional DW-8000 and I really love the sound. Since, on paper, the K3 and DW seem to have somewhat similar specs (digital oscs, analogue filter/env, mid 80s sound), would having both be somewhat redundant? Any K3 owners chime in?

K3 has twice as many waveforms, including a choir wave, which the DW lacks.

Although the DW's arpeggiator and digital delay can be fun, there are better outboard offerings these days that can be used with the K3.

There's also the Stereoping programmer that's available for the K3 making it easy to program in real-time.

Both! :)

Listening to raw waves here, K3 "Vox Humana" sounds suspiciously similar to PPG Wave 2.x one.
