JU-6 or JP-8

Postby sidneyft98 » Tue Dec 05, 2017 12:22 am

hi! im looking at getting an affordable polyphonic synth. I like roland's boutique series (i have a 03 which i love) and was wondering if anyone could explain the basic differences between the juno and the jupiter? it seems that the JP has more controls which is drawing me to it more than the JU but im not sure. i cant seem to find any videos comparing them either

thanks
:)

they roughly duplicate the synthesis architecture of the synths they resemble and as such, the JU-6 is a single oscillator with sub osc while the JP is two oscillators. The sliders on the JP are tinytiny.
