What to look out for when buying an used FM synth?

I found a pretty cheap (120 eur) Yamaha DX21. It's in a town near me, and I wanted to visit that place for quite some time, so I instantly said that I NEED to check it out. My dream FM is the DX11, but where I live they are rare and expensive, so this DX21 is a great choice.

So, the question is, what should I look out for when testing it's functions? From the pictures, the physical condition is pretty great, only a bit dusty and dirty around some buttons, but the keyboard is in a good condition and there aren't any scratches or signs of wear. Also, a friend of mine who has more keyboarding knowledge will come with me to check it from an experienced perspective, so the physical condition isn't in question here. I want to know what possible errors could be hidden inside of the synth, and how i can find them? Thanks in advance for the answers :)
