Need an urgent answer regarding a 303 clone...
I've the opportunity to go snag a Syntecno TeeBee V3 for $150, the catch is.... it's a 2 hour drive.
Just spoke to an elderly couple about it, at the moment they're selling off their son's studio, and apparently they're sitting on a jupiter 6 as well. So says the guy's father I spoke to.
Anyway, is that TeeBee worth the drive?

h**l yah! Teebee's are hard to find yet alone one for $150. I've seen them for $600-800 before. You ought to be able to get the Jup for $400.

GOT IT!!!!
They were keen as to what the value of the Jupiter was, they did let me play with it though.... first time I'd seen one. Thing was TOTALLY mint.
They had an sh-09 also, knew nothing about it either. Depending on how my funds are next weekend I may go grab it.
Found them in Gainesville, Fl via Craigslist.

On ebay I've been seeing Jupiter 6's go in the $1300 range.. which isn't that bad at all. About the same price as a new Little Phatty. But the price in the Craigslist ad is insane.. considering the TeeBee was $150? They must have bad sources. The VSE article they listed doesn't even list it for that much.
Well fffff.
