There doesn't seem to be that much info out on the Web about them, though.
Any thoughts on the reliability of Spectral Audio's products? There seems to be multiple comments to the effect that the build quality is a little suspect.
I have one and it's great. Do a search at HCKSS and Gearslutz as there have been a few really good threads on the Neptune II at both places. The build quality is fine. I think most people who own them agree they're worth their humble price.

Several monosynths with multimode filters (HP/BP/LP) can be resonant in all modes. Like the Yamaha CS-5/10/15 (only the 15 has 2 oscillators though), shouldn't be too hard to find under $1000. Polys has worse selection though..Most just have a HPF but no resonance on it. Not even the Jupiter-8.
