Fair price for a CS5?

I have a friend who is selling their cs5 he wants me to buy it what do you think a fair price to pay its in great working and cosmetic condition. I dont want to low ball him. I had trouble trying to find a standard price for these. Thank you very much in advance.

I got mine for 275 USD in 2005.

I would say in top shape 300-$350 would be a very fair price. I personally wouldn't pay more than $250.
