Not long ago someone was trying to sell two of these in LA's craigs list. One complete, the other busted, for really really cheap. Basicaly giving it away. 9 grand made me laugh, and will make me cry if it sells. Ehehehe.

Anybody need a busted up Nord Modular for twice the going rate (and with 5 days still to go) [edit: weird, it was up to $1200, and now it's back down to $600-something, which seem slightly less insane]: http://cgi.ebay.com/NINE-INCH-NAILS-Nor ... 4a9cc6e827

Oh wait, it was broken by a famous person, so it's a bargain.

-16 Meg Word of memory (64 banks)
-all floppy banks in memory at once (128 programs)
-Portamento
-USB file storage via thumb drive or CF card
-1.44MB Floppy drive support
-Flash update OS from USB drive
-SCSI port
-FAT and FAT32 support with USB
-samples on USB drive automatically converted to .WAV format
-OS continuously being updated with user feature requests.
-new CPU board takes less than 50% of the power of the original
-expanded and enhanced diagnostics
Well fffff.

Good programming is worth more than the most expensive synthesizer.
