I bought one from Shaggie back in 2008 and wasn't very impressed with it, though I didn't spend much time with it. I sold it a few months later and the hard drive crashed during shipping. It took months to get a replacement from the folks in Germany that built the synths for Hartmann. The buyer was very patient, though.

Here's what I came to tell y'all about. The price is fair, but includes original box, gig bag and music stand:

Same seller also has a ESQ-1 for $200 + $50 shipping and includes box, manual, memory cart and data cassette:

Christian Lunch's TR-909 on SF Craigslist:

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/msg/2368785324.html

OK, so my good friend Christian Lunch is selling his Tr-909. He's been making electronic music for about 30 years now. Everytime he sells a piece of gear he thoroughly cleans and calibrates the item. I bought my MS-50 from him. If you're interested hit him up, I know he's down to ship, and if you're willing to do a Personal Paypal transaction, I'm sure he'd cut you a deal.

Here's a couple old-school tracks of his:

I just got off the phone with my buddy Paul Schrieber @ Synthesis Technology. He's having a "garage sale" on his website starting at midnight tonight (actually Sunday) going through June 5. I told him I'd post it on VSE. He's got most of the stuff for sale ready to go on the site, but will be listing more throughout the duration of the sale. He emailed me the details:

When: Sale begins midnight Saturday Central Time (I'm in Texas)
Ends: midnight Sunday June 5th
Where: http://www.synthtech.com, click ORDER tag. You will see Garage Sale in green
letters in the upper left corner when the sale "goes live" (no preview)

What you need to do BEFORE then: go to the order home page and register. You
MUST register BEFORE you check out and this is important becase of
"poaching".

POACHING WARNING: because of the nature of ZenCart (the "storefront"
software), items are removed from the 'store' ONLY AFTER A CHECKOUT. Placing
an item into a shopping cart DOES NOT REMOVE IT and so, if multiple people
have the same item in their cart, the FIRST TO CHECKOUT GETS IT.

There is NOTHING I CAN DO to prevent this. So, if you *really* want an item,
get it and IMMEDIATELY CHECK OUT. But, there is NO guarantee that when you
go to checkout, the item hasn't been poached.

Once an item is bought, ZenCart removes it from the storefront. So, if you
don't see something, it has been bought. Credit cards and PayPal accepted.
Please CAREFULLY read the shipping terms for each item.

What is of possible interest:

Synergy Collection
-------------------
1ea original manual
1ea original foot pedals
1ea MuLogix Slave 32 (1 of 8 known to exist)
