Looks similar in design to the SVC-350, wonder if they are from close release dates? I'd love to hear it regardless.space6oy wrote:i hadn't seen this one before.
The SIP/SIB guitar/bass preamps use the same ears and usually go for pretty cheap, seems like between $100-200. They're cool preamps too! The guitar one has a discrete (I think) 3 band EQ and overdrive while the bass one has a built in compressor, nice for running synths through.Z wrote: Mine is missing its rack ears, so if anyone has a lead on some Roland RSS (Roland Studio Series) rack ears or an inexpensive dead unit, please let me know.
ha, crazy. i don't remember that. probably looked it up then forgot again...pulse_divider wrote:I sold my SPV-355 a year or so ago for about that much. spaceboy, I'm pretty sure I offered it to you in trade first but you said you didn't need another guitar synth.
I (somewhat deliberately) let that slip through my hands.. the awful looking keys really put me off, and "when it doubt, avoid" is the one piece of ebay advice I wish I'd known earlier on!garranimal wrote:That was probably a good deal MS-20. I like that little skull/crossbones sticker near the power cord.
