Truly believe Korg didn't make many of these. It's very late 80's / kinda Sega OutRun-y compressed type stuff, and I go incredibly love/hate w/ mine. Last time I fired it up, it was love. :giveheart:

cool, but likely only worth about $6k. and who needs all those voices anyway? I like how it's billed like it's something that it was professionally put together when it's really just 7 sems, 1 programmer module and some sort of whacky old midi/cv (correct me if I'm wrong please)

If he doesn't mind keeping it, then he should just keep it.

I don't like that he's being secretive about what's wrong with it. A repair bill could get ridiculous.

MINT he'd be lucky to get 10k. As is, it's at least 5k overpriced.

If you're nearby and have the space, grab it, great price. The 270's an absolute joy to play, and looks so, so rad.

I agree. In fact, I couldn't even open the listing and look after just seeing the thumbnail in list view. I just don't get why some people think weird paint jobs or adding blue LEDs to their synth is a major modification that makes the gear more desirable.

Would normally agree with you Don, but I actually think this one looks pretty dope. The colors are actually somewhat coordinated, and definitely improve upon the original's pretty hideous "1985 technology" motif.
Do you even post on vse bro?

Also, the "moog slayer" mod is quite useful. Gives you alot more filter controls on the front panel instead of through menus.

SX-WSA1 in Portland, $375 OBO.
Pretty sure that's still under avg price for these, when they even show up.

buy it now is only a few $ more than the kit. and has that magic little "make an offer" button that could yield even better results......

I wanted one of those really bad for a while. Got a Dark Energy instead to save the time of building the kit. I think it was a decent compromise. This is a great deal for anyone wanting to start some modular, the recommended build time on paia's site is 40 hours
