can someone tall me something about this synth? i can buy one for 200$... worth it?

It's an italian made synth with 2 DCOS from 1986, but that's pretty much all I know. VSE has an article on it, as does sequencer.de. Definitely pick it up. They're somewhat rare, and as far as I can tell, almost nonexistent in North America.

i know but there is one problem the guy who own the ek22 say sometimes the synth is stuck and you need to turn it off and then on again something i can fix??

Maybe. It could be as simple as replacing the memory battery and resetting everything, but it may be more complicated than that. See if he can take a little off the price and it might be more worth it.
