About to drop about a grand on a synth....
I've mainly made up my mind to go for a Little Phatty stage II, but just wanted to throw out any suggestions you guys have. I have a DSI tetra and a juno 106 already. I want a synth, probably monophonic since i'm covered well polyphonically, with MIDI, knobs, analog, memory... i'm kinda afraid of vintage since I know how badly they can c**p out. Is the Phatty right for me in this case? It always sounds awesome in videos. I've played with one a bit and really enjoyed it. I don't have any other moogs.

I'd say it would be a very good match to the synths you have already. Go for it.
I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

The Little Phatty is an amazing little synth, and never boring. It's main drawback is the limited amount of simultaneous tweaking that can be done with only 4 knobs, but in reality, the layout and controls are just right for this machine. Go for it.

Three words: it's a moog. Three more words: go for it.

yep, tis awesome. and it has a tone that's very different from a Juno or Tetra so it would be a good choice for widening your sonic palette. it's also surprisingly versatile for a relatively simple little synth.
