Good hardware samplers under/around $150 USD?

Looking to sample vinyl mostly, listening to a lot of J Dilla, Madlib, Panda Bear so that's where my mind is right now.

Phrase sampler? If you're looking to work with loops and make beats the Boss SP 505 is probably the most complete sampler in that price range. It's pretty user friendly too for what it does. The Yamaha su200 is another fairly cheap but capable option.

Price on used stuff is variable, of course, but maybe ZOOM ST-224 SampleTrak or Korg ES-1.

Does it have to have pads/ keys and a sequencer, or could you work with a rack?
