Don't quote me on this but I think dual core optimised programs are just that - written in a way that allows them to take full advantage of the dual core architecture.otto wrote:Thanks... no I'm not a total tool. But having two cores is always better than one if it's the same spec of processor. The work load should still be split between them, just not half as efficiently. I could be totally wrong but it makes logical sense to me.
