Do I simply delete my account and licences so the next owner puts in the serial code and starts their own account or isn't it as easy as this?

Anyone sold thier Arturia sofware/licence?
Thinking of putting my Moog ModularV on the bay, I have an account plus and unregistered upgrade to the new v2.5, great synth I just don't use VST's that much any more.
Do I simply delete my account and licences so the next owner puts in the serial code and starts their own account or isn't it as easy as this?
