Cubase LE doesn't support external instruments. (You can still do it but it will suck)

I've been using seq24 and the cubase le sequencer with moderate success. Definate learning curve but its not to bad. Im getting an aweful noise from my interface though through the outputs. I've tried different cables, moving to different locations. No dice. Its kinda like soft white noise mixed with a quiet buzz / hum. :?

+1 vote for Reaper. At least give it a try, it's free for 30 days.

In Reaper, drop the JS:MIDI/sequencer_baby plugin on a track and have 707-style fun. :D
