Reaktor

Post by 101 Force » Thu Dec 09, 2010 4:36 am

I'm finally up and running with Reaktor, so my question for the forum is: what are some good resources for learning how to properly use Reaktor, and what are some ensembles in the Reaktor online archive I should check out?

Any and all help is appreciated ;)

Regarding ensemble creators, there are many, many very talented folks. You could start by checking out RachMIEL's creations, and those by S.V.Positronics (don't remember his name) - the latter has made many awesome VA synths.

You're in for a long ride my friend... just pick a weekend and explore the UL... wonderful stuff there. Stop when you realize that the more you check out, the less you actually use...

And it is true, Rachmiel stuff's is the place to begin...

One of my absolute favorites is "aero", can't remember who made it. It is a mini Metaphysical Function, but it sounds so good.

Check out the Stephan V emulations, including Nord, Tritium, and Viral Extinction. They are awesome.

By the way, anyone know what synth the Tritium is an emulation of?

Oh yeah, that's his name (S.V.Positronics = Stephan V)
