Does anyone use this Arp re-creation?
Is it a self-contained all-in-one software, or VST?
Thanks

It's available as a VST and a standalone. You can try it for yourself. The demo is fully functional for 30 days.

I wasn't too taken with it. I find the Axxe's architecture to be fairly boring (for a softsynth). I already have a couple dozen synths that do the same thing and better. The drum sounds are limited. However, I could see where someone might find the whole thing attractive as a package. I think it's kind of expensive for what it is. For just a few more bucks you can get u-he ACE which gives you much more to explore sonically.

NovaMusik has been selling it for $39 for a couple of years.
I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.
