No one cares, no one sympathizes,
so you just stay home and play synthesizers.

It must be, here is the evidence:

In the opening shot you can see a Voyager XL, three Voyager racks, three slim phatties, a Voyager OS, a Taurus 3 and a model D. 10 voices.
The bit where he's pretending to play on an ipad is polyphonic, which proves it's a VCO polysynth.
Moog accidentally sent out an email to a few people too early saying their new project rhymes with 'eye-bad cap', and then made the email self-destruct in people's inboxes. I think the new synth will be called the Ribald Cat, it's kind of weird but after calling a synth Little Phatty it makes sense in a Moog kind of way.
The bit before he says "What the h**l" is him saying "POOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYsynth" through a vocoder, so it must have a vocoder too.
When Marc says "Now I have to buy an ipad, thanks a lot" if you watch his lips you can see that it's been overdubbed and he's actually saying "Moog is making a new VCO polysynth".

So there you go, definitive proof. I'm calling my local Moog dealer to reserve my Ribald Cat right away! Can't wait to play with it, I'm so excited!
its not ribald cat.

I think its ipad cat, or ipad nap, or whatever it is.
If it was a hardware synth, compatible with ipad I would go for it
even if it was a ipad emuation I would totally buy it!

I'm pretty sure it is the Ribald Cat, did you not see the evidence?

They claim it is the first professional synth for ipad...
And now I quote: ''This is the first of its kind. New synthesizer technology from Moog. It's Anisotropic!''
Must we consider this means a new kind synthesis technology?
Also, professionnal gear, transfered on the app for Ipad basis, means how much money to you?
We're supposed to find out about this tomorrow at 12:01, I'm pretty excited.

I'll be interested to see what everyone thinks.

But AG: There won't be any way at all to use it on an Ipod/Iphone? The difference is just screen size after all...

Screen size makes all the difference with this particular application. Why? Because it has an expressive physical interface. Also, the iPad is a bit more powerful than an iPod or iPhone.

I think so, yes. Otherwise, you're not going to get the audio output you really want. I really want.
