So my friend who is mastering a couple of my tunes talked me into Ableton.
Is there any users here that are in a off Ableton Site group, facebook group etc?
Any good forums?
Can anyone point me in a good direction for jumping in?
Installing my Ableton today.

It's a quirky but powerful program. If you think you'll be using Session view heavily, I highly suggest getting a control surface of some kind. I have the APC40 and it really improved my speed and ability to lay out parts.

The best way to learn Live is to do the lessons that come with it. They're in the help menu I believe.
Also the program is called Live, not Ableton. Ableton is the company that makes it, calling it Ableton is like walking into a hamburger restaurant and asking for 'one McDonalds please'.
