A Tempco resistor is used in the Chroma design at the input to the exponential converter. Each Rhodes Chroma contains 8 dual channel voice boards. As per my analysis, there are at- least 3 major board revisions that might be in any given Chroma.

There were two manufacturer's whose temco resistors made it into production. One mfg's parts were slow to respond to temperature change, so ARP/CBS/Rhodes called for a field replacement to change those out to the other manufacturer's resistors.

The originals are not available in normal production these days. I got with a group of Chroma enthusiast that expressed an interest, then contacted the company that manufactured the originals. They agreed to do a special production run for the Chroma. Actually they were pretty excited to know what they were doing was going in an old synth.

We did a group buy of a few hundred parts. They work great, very stable tuning.
