Hello everyone!
I'm new to Clavinet world but i'm thinking of buying one.
I'm interested in one E7.It sounds good besides the upper notes of keyboard which sound like a whining cat when i press the keys very lightly.
When i press them softly/lightly the Clavinet sounds like out of tune.
When i press it really firmly it is almost in tune.

I've never looked inside a clavinet, but this sounds like you need to lift up the keybed and check the mechanism. It's obviously pushing down too far on the string. The key springs are probably worn, or the felts, or the anvil, or all of it.
