Thanks, I wish I could say it had been designed for this from the start ;)

Thank you! A lot of credit should go to YouTubers Dave Jones a.k.a. EEVBlog and Shahrirar Shahramian a.k.a.TheSignalPath, whose repair videos taught me structured debugging. If you're electronically minded, do check them out.

So. I got antsy, assumed that madtheory wouldn't find any more issues, and ordered six Rev.C boards :D They should arrive in four to six weeks -- I'll keep you posted.

Hi, I'm glad this project is still underway and I certainly want to buy a card when it's ready for shipping! :D

I'll definitely purchase one for my D-50 when they're ready ... Until then I'll keep checking this thread. Congrats on the great work from Winnipeg!

Hello,
I'm interested in this project very much. I have a JD990, D550, D110 and was planning on buying a jv2080 sometime in the near future so, I'd like to probably at least get three cards for the time being. Could you possibly tell me how much in USD they are each?
Not sure if you'd ever consider it but, the korg mcr cards could really use this treatment too (korg M1, wavestation)

Since the cards are still in beta phase, there are no definitve prices yet, but the material costs are currently around 50-60€. The final price will very likely be around the same price, but don't bet on these figures being 100% exact. ;)

Has anybody shared this on certain other popular audio gear related sites/forums? If not, is that something you'd like to happen?

I am a self-confessed electronics dufus... I am still amazed that if you flick a light switch, the lights in my room come on :?

I just am completely blown away / amazed / in awe / gob-smacked that there are such creative and intelligent people out there that can calmly sit down and design something like this ... I have NO IDEA how you do this but it's pretty close to black magic in my opinion ...

Thanks for putting in the time and effort in making this card ... it's fantastic and as you might have guessed from all of the posts on this thread, the interest and demand for this card is huge ... you'll sell out before you even start making them (I'll buy two!!!!!)

Good luck with you continued work on the card and thanks once again.

I've posted on KvR, and as soon as the card design is finalized, we'll be sure to reach out to other sites as well. Do you have any particular pages in mind?

Not really anything specific. Maybe Gearslutz, and the Analog Heaven mailing list. But you are probably right to hold off until things are a little further down the road.
