Drum sample sites.

Post by meneedit » Sun May 06, 2007 4:16 am

Hi guys!

I recently purchased a Hip Hop beats CD from siliconbeats.com but I was a little disappointed with the lack of variety in kick drums. A lot of the beats contained very similar kick drums.

Can somebody please recommend me a better drum sample site??? (a site where I can order samples on CD)

Thank you :D :D :D

looking for loops or single-hit samples?
Always consider the source.

Sony has a few drum cds in their collection.

Just download the samples to see if you like them.

um.... come to think of it single hits sounds better.

After splicing up the Silicon beat loops I discovered that overlapping sounds is a problem.

So anyway, single hits, as long as there are variants of each kick, hat and snare (for humanization)

sorry for being so specific
