Yamaha SU10 owners- How do you like yours?

I first found out about this cool little box on synthmania.com this month. It looks like a really cool idea on paper; a sampler/sequencer scratchpad for your ideas that you can take with you anywhere. I've heard the filter is not good but I wouldn't mind that. Do you like yours? From reviews I've read it seems that people like theirs, and it's easy to use.

I have su10 and su200, and i think that su10 is better (sequencer, better midi implementation, better filter, pitchshifter) it could only have bigger memory, ribbon controler is realy cool. For the gigs it is best sampler for me.

I have had my SU10 for 8 years now and I have always loved its simplicity,compactness,quirks and portability.I have never used any so-called "pro" samplers but I have found that the SU10,for all its limitations,has some seriously useful and fun aspects-most of all I think the assignable ribbon controller.
Its cheap,sits neatly on the ledge of my CS2X and has never let me down.

I like the ribbon controller and the ability to manipulate any external signal live.

Agreed: the SU-10 is a badass li'l package o' coolness. Filter sounds 12dB/oct, not unlike the one in my CS-15.

PlPlus, ribbon scratching of live audio input buffer... C'mon, y'all, give it up for the
SU-10!

Guys I'm so dumb I almost bought one online the other week for $58 incl. shipping but didn't, and somebody else got it! Bad mistake.. Oh well. I'll keep looking out for one though.

I had one. Cool little sampler with surprisingly good and easy editing. Not much sample time and no external storage but great for what it is.
