Esi32 output scale/tracking parameter anyone?

Postby blueknob » Wed Sep 23, 2015 8:28 am

Does anyone know how to scale the volume output across the keyboard in the Esi32? By that I mean for example, have the low notes play quieter than the high notes. Usually there is a parameter called volume/keyboard scale.

I notice in the Esi32 there is such a parameter for the filter, called "tracking" under Dynamic Processing, 3 VCF and explained on p187 of the manual.

I know it will need a zone to be allocated/set but then where's the parameter? I have tried setting an empty second crossfade but that got silly.

I have OS 2.10, also going through the manual, I do not see a way to do it. Amp Tracking may be a feature that was added on later OS versions. Positive Filter tracking should help achieve what you want. Another tedious workaround would be to create zones for one or two keys at a time, and adjusting the levels of each one.
