Beatstep Pro connectivity problem with Six Trak

Postby Vcosquid » Sat Mar 10, 2018 10:15 pm

Hello, I’m trying to connect a Sequential Circuit Six Trak and a Crudlabs Crudman v2.01 to a Beatstep Pro and I can’t get them communicate. I have the Crudman set to midi channel one and the Six Trak is on channel three. Now I have the Crudman working on sequencer one/channel one and the six Trak isn’t responding. Also I can’t seem to get the parameters to edit via the CC controls...
I’m very frustrated this has been hours of crazy hair pulling.

So the Crudman only works when I accidentally hooked it up like this.
BeatStep Pro—>midi solutions midi thru (2 channels)...channel 1 —>midi in Crudman
Channel 2 —>midi out of the six Trak..
That makes the cudman work with the Beatstep, if I unplug the midi cable from the midi out on the six Trak it stops working.

All I want to do is sequence a Korg DDD-1 to the drum channel (was working fine last time I tried) Six Trak on sequencer 2 (midi channel 3), and Crudman on sequencer 1 (midi channel 1). And then send a midi clock signal to a korg electribe sampler 2 ....
